Tooltip screen shift

Has anyone noticed the screen shift caused when a tooltip pops up?  Its quite severe.  We are seeing it in Atlassian Confluence 5.7.1

Hello Kirk, though my intuition tells that we are onto something, we may need screenshots to lock on the issue, can we have additional coordinates?
