After we imported a space from a vendor to our own Cloud we imported all of their users. There is no way to stop that as the xml of vendor cannot be changed.
Now we have to manually delete all those users.
Next the this issue with a lot of manual work the more important question is how this behaviour can be avoided in future.
In my opinion this is already a data security issue. I am talking to one guy from vendor and suddenly i have 100 ish mail adresses from their company. This cant be wanted by Atlassian.
Could you pls. check this and let us know?

I would suggest reaching out to Atlassian Support to see if there is some workaround. AFAIK importing will include all associated data which includes users.
