Thumbnail file for attachment **.png does not exist

The attachment of Many Files is lost. The backstage log print as bellow.

I enter  into "/data/home/data32/thumbnails/" ,and I can't find the directory"102611398" of this files. and the  folders are eight digits without nine digits.

Have you reviewed the troubleshooting page at https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/CONFKB/Images+and+Thumbnails+Troubleshooting? 

Also have you by any chance recently upgraded or made any configuration changes that could have affected your JVM?

I have reviewed the troubleshooting page and I am sure that the JVM does have the "-Djava.awt.headless=true" specified. Now the biggest problem is that " Thumbnail file for attachment 1.jpg is '/home/admin/data/home/data32/thumbnails/102098990/thumb_1.jpg'. but this file does not exist." when I enter into the "/home/admin/data/home/data32/thumbnails/" directory，I can find many many child folder ,but I can't find any folder with nine digits (for example /102098990).They are only eight Numbers (for example /10294053) .I want to know attachment file how to store ,and the naming rules of storage location. Is it possible the generated folder lost or the number of the folder is restricted？
