I'm trying to access my Confluence page(s) on a Safari browser and it does not seem to load. I've been having this issue for about 12 hours now.
I've tried clearing cache, restarting etc.
I have the exact same problem as Vaishnavi, but I'm using Firefox 133 on Mint 22.
I use 2 browser profiles: Confluence works in one, but does not work in the other, even though I've cleared cookies and site data and even though I've disabled all extensions.
I've also attempted to access the page from the problematic browser profile, but using a private browser window and then it works, so it only fails in non-private browser windows of 1 of the 2 profiles, regardless of extensions (disabled) or site data and cookies (purged).
In other words, I don't know what causes this, but I do know it's not Safari-specific.
I've just started having this issue today as well (Safari/Mac). Hoping for an answer soon. I entered a ticket with Support.

Safari is known for having issues with Jira and Confluence.
If you have the option, try using Chrome, Firefox or Edge to view the page. You may have better results.
