I can create pages and change their positions using the Confluence REST API. However, there's no direct way to set the order of pages among the children of a parent page.
The only method I found is to first retrieve the order of the child pages from the parent, and then move the new page to be before the first document. While this approach works, it doesn't look good visually.
Is there no direct way to set the order of child pages when creating them?
It is important to UX.
