The space owner has left the business, how do i add or edit the space owner?

Any site admin can change Space Permissions and that includes giving someone space admin permissions.

You can just disable his user. Are you having problem to access his space?

Thanks for your prompt response, The issue is with accessing the space, no one who is left in the business can edit the space but we cant see a way to add a new space owner
