The reminder for custom calendar events do not always work

The calendar email reminder doesn't work for all custom event types.  

We classify multiple calendar events in confluence based on custom event types. Some of the custom event type email reminders work but others do not.  I have read the the articles and the email reminders are identical for the different event types.  We initially had issues with all the reminders but some started working however some new ones do not.  We are wondering if there are some issues with these reminders

I would suggest submitting a support issue to Atlassian.  They can look at how you set everything up and see if there is anything that needs to be fixed.
