The "profile> tasks" tab does not display details of the task (for example, status)

The environment for reproducing the problem:

Jira: 7.2.2

Confluence: 5.10.7

Steps to reproduce the problem:

1. Create a  tasks list of  on a page with confluence

2. Go to the "profile> tasks"  tab.

Expected Result:
Visible: task key, summaries and status

Actual result:
Only the task key is visible and the text "- Getting issue details ... STATUS" is displayed.

Support for the product is over. Tell me how to be in this situation

I was not able to find a support case or bug report with that error (Getting issue details ... STATUS). Although there was a similar error reported for the TOC macro, I do not think they're related.

To help isolate the issue, please add a Task Report Macro to a test page and see if the tasks show as expected.

I am curious why you mentioned your JIRA version - do the tasks have JIRA issues associated with them? If so, please check the status of your Application Links on both Confluence and JIRA.

Please let me know why support is over. (Neither version has reached End of Life yet.)
