After we applied the license key in the Confluence software, the maintenance expires date showed in the software is not the same as the expiry date in the support portal.

如果仔细观察两处,其实是不一样的两个词汇
本地部署的程序处是Subscription expiry
Atlassian获取授权码处是Support Expires
我这里遇到过相同的问题,咨询Atlassian后得到的解释是前一个日期是指订阅的截至日期,在此之前你可以继续升级,T+1为系统支持的截至日期
如果是Server:超出后你可以继续使用,但不在维保范围内
如果是Data Center:超出后,系统只读,不可写
另外,如果你不放心,可以使用订阅的帐号来联系Support Team,得到官方准确的答复。
