The encoding on the confluence page is broken

The encoding of the only page in Confluence. The rest of the pages open normally. And it is impossible to restore the previous version. What to do? How to get readable text back?

Do you know exactly what was edited during that page change?

Changes were made throughout the day without refreshing the page. And when I decided to open a second tab with the same page, it was updated to this encoding. As a result, it turned out that the changes made today were not saved at all, but were reset to the previous ones and remained in this encoding without the possibility of recovery :(

And the attachments with the diagrams also disappeared without a trace.
