I have a problem with page tree macro

when you use tree culomns section layout in a page,

Text and bullet don't align

how to align them?

also

In this case

I have placed the page tree macro into a macro panel that has a lot of space between the panel border and the page tree elements

As a final question

How to change the page tree bullet type?

this seems to be an RTL (Right to Left) display issue. I would open a ticket with Atlassian. You've done a great job documenting your case. I'm pretty sure, they'll help you.
