Hi

I would like to create a user template that mimics the decision log. So that I have a table of all "decision" type records that we can view

How do I generate that relationship so I get a nice table

   If I'm wrong, tell me, but I think you want to create a template based on an existing one, you can create a new one with the same characteristics and changing what you need, for that I leave you this post that can help you
