Template Language is Different from Profile Language

Hello, 

I am using Confluence for a German Company but my profile is set in English and the entire app is set in English. 

However, the templates are opening in German Language. We want to use the templates in english language. I am unable to find any help articles to change it. 

Can someone please help me on how we can move this to English language?

Welcome to Atlassian Community! I'm happy to help. The templates should follow the Global Default and not the browser or user profile language. I see you mentioned the app is set to English. Can you confirm if that's the Global Default language?
