We have offices and customers in differnt countries. Some customers ask us to provide jira issues and conflunce content in differnt languages. So this would mean that we have persons who need to translate the content of curse.
Is there any convinient way to have issues and content in differnt languages?
Do not know anything that might help, and anyway, the cost of translating the issues would be quite big. I think it's cheaper to establish a common language (e.g. EN) but anyway.
There are alternatives to this, i.e. for instance, create satelitte projects i.e. PRJ, PRJDE, PRJFR, PRJNL, where PRJ is the actual project and PRJDE - the German project, etc. This has some disadvantages, of course, and the links from the original issues would need to be kept in sync with it. I hope you got the idea. Anyway, JIRA allows you to be creative here.
Looks like some manual effort is needed here, although the below task is tedious but it works :-)

Again, that is not about the content. It is about UI and so. My Problem is that I need to have the description, comments, worlogs and so on in multiple languages.

So you mean to say you would like to have an option to translate the existing JIRA content into different languages !!
Upto my knowledge there is no existing plugin.
Maybe some translator Add-on's of a browser would help.

Thanks for your help, but that one is only for ui elements...as far as I can see and read.
My problem is really the content like discriptions, worklogs and comments
