Team Calendars are not listed as an add-on in Confluence Data Center

When looking at the pricing/purchasing page for Confluence, Team Calendars is listed as a selectable add-on for Server Edition, but not for Data Center edition.

Why?

I asked around and found out it's because the Team Calendars Server license works with Data Center. You just have to make sure Team Calendars is licensed on a user tier that is equal to or higher than your Data Center license as in:

Does my Confluence Server license have to match the Confluence Team Calendars add-on?

The article you reference only demonstrates that Team Calendar licenses must match the Confluence licenses.

I'm asking why the purchasing of Confluence for Data Center does not list Team Calendar?

When I go to the pricing for Conflucent on JIRA Server edition, it's lists Team Calendar as an add-on.   It does not list it as an add on when selecting the Data Center edition of Confluence.
