Table of content macro not working

when trying to insert a table of content, the macro opens but nothing happens:

Interesting, and that's happening on which version of Confluence ?

Hi,

thanks for the reply.  I will try to clear the plugins cache, but that won't be easy as Confluence needs to be shut down ...

I finally got to clear the cache but without succes, my problem still remains ...

Any more ideas ?
