TOC Macro hide headers by class

On my page I use the Questions List Macro which creates content with H2 and H3 headers. I would like to include H2 and H3 headers in my TOC, but I don't want the ones from the Questions macro to show up. I noticed that these inserted headers have a class. Is there a way to exclude headers not by a regular expression but by class? Or is there another approach that I'm not thinking of?

This widget could not be displayed.

Can you exclude them from the TOC using the exclude field?
