Hello everyone,
I have a question regarding Confluence. I’m having trouble reactivating my subscription. I switched to a standard subscription because I exceeded the 10-user limit, but now I can’t figure out how to reactivate my account. When I manage my billing, it shows all the applications, but none related to Confluence. Has anyone else encountered this problem? Thank you!

I have a private Atlassian org setup with JSM that I only have for testing purposes. Once in a while a receive a message that I'm not using which will lead to deactivation (or smth to that effect).
I wonder if that could be the cause. (Presumably, payments are not the issue).
I'd contact Atlassian support, to which you're now entitled, and try to solve the issue with them.
