Stuck working through the "Create a template" documentation

Hello,

I'm trying to work through creating a template in Confluence according to these instructions:

I found Space Settings and Content Tools, but on Step 3 I'm not seeing a Create new template option. I have 5 tabs on that screen and none of them reference anything about templates.

Is this maybe a permissions issue or am I looking in the wrong place?

I appreciate any help anyone can offer.

Hi @Ellsworth_ Jay 

You need to be a space admin to be able to "create new template".

And you are in the right place. Once you have proper permissions, you will have option like below:
