Starting Page, Deactivating JIRA

Lars June 18, 2013

Hello,

im using Confluence OnDemand and ive got two questions:

I got JURA aswell, but i dont need it and i rly dont wanne have it. Can i deactivate it?

Second question:

When i open confluence OnDemand with my URL in my browser, it starts always with the login screen. I want to start with the dashboard. If i want to log, ill click the login button.

Reason: Often anonymus user are joining the URL to get information, and they always landing on the login page. The have to use https://XXXXX.atlassian.net/wiki/dashboard.action which is pretty uncomfortable...

Thanks in advice!

1. As JIRA is the main application, the approach would be to export all your spaces, users and groups then cancel the evaluation. After that you sign up for a new Conluence only evaluation then import the previous data. Detailed explanation of the process: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/ONDEMANDKB/How+to+Remove+JIRA+from+a+JIRA+and+Confluence+OnDemand

2. You should be able to configure the home page by following: https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Configuring+the+Site+Home+Page
