The new space copy feature must have an issue, or something is corrupt with your page. You're best bet is to open a new Support Request at https://support.atlassian.com.
Based on that error message, it appears that there is a permission problem. If you don;t have permissions to view that page then you won't be able to copy it. But yes, a Support ticket will verify that (or whatever the problem is) for you.
