Hi,

I am receiving the error in the title when I try to login into Confluence installed locally. The issue happened after last update to Windows 10 Pro (Currently: Version 10.0.18362 Build 18362).

I saw another thread had the same issue but it does not work in my cases as there is no log for confluence and Crowd never was installed. 

So not sure what is the issue.  Any help is appreciated.

Note: JIRA is installed on the same machine and works perfectly even after the windows update.

I found the issue.

1- The confluence logs are maintained under folder ...\Atlassian\Application Data\Confluence\logs

2- JIRA is installed on the same server, so seems it was managing Confluence users. So JIRA service has to be running & Confluence users dont work anymore so will have to log using JIRA users.
