Some pages are blank when viewing on a mobile device?

The page in this url looks fine on desktop but is blank when viewing on a mobile device.

The page looks correct in desktop view. Mobile is blank on both Safari and Chrome

 

This documentation is for a mobile product. Having our users jump through hoops to see the pages is not helpful.
