Is anyone using the SoftComply Risk Manager Plus in Jira Cloud and their Confluence Risk Reports? I may have other questions but for now: how do I enable access in Confluence? There's a "button" to click when you add the risk matrix macro to allow access but it does nothing. Anyone have any hints?
I've already checked permissions and turned that on.
I have the same problem - the button "Allow access" is greyed out. Anyone can help?
Hi!
@Sigrid Schoepel @Eddie Shell The button is disabled when you look at it on "Edit page" mode. In view mode its enabled. Thus just add macro to page, publish the page, click "Allow access", and again edit the page to access macro setting
Its really bad UX from Atlassian side atm, but they do work on it to get it done right in the future.
After you have allowed access also follow the guidelines to link Jira and Confluence as well.
Contact support@softcomply.com if you need any other help.
All the best,
