Site welcome message not rendering correctly with included page on Dashboard.

The site welcome message (which is an included page) is not rendering correctly on the Dashboard. The panel macro is rendering as null and several links are rendering as null. However, when the included page is viewed by itself, all is fine. This page contains critical information to our users and we need to know how to resolve this issue ASAP.

I don't think that issue is going to be visible to you. We believe your problem relates to the following bug

The solution outlined in that case is to downgrade your Confluence Advanced Macro to a version previous to 2.0.30

Can you visit your Confluence Admin > Plugins section. Expand the System Plugins section to view the Confluence Advanced Macro. Expanding that container will show you the version of the plugin you currently have installed.
