As a theme designer using Theme Press, I would like have all pages show the confluence header by default. Is there a way to do that?

Theme Press remembers the last configuration of the user. If the user has the Confluence header, toolbar and sidebar visible, Theme Press remembers that setting. Likewise, the opposite is true if those areas are hidden. Only logged in users can see the Confluence header, toolbar and sidebar. We have an open issue to make these areas configurable.
