Ivan from OnDemand support here, this sounds like there's a bug or a problem affecting your OnDemand instance, would you mind creating a Support case on support.atlassian.com (you will need to make a new account if you don't have one) under the OnDemand project, one of our Support Engineers will be able to look at your instance and resolve the problem.
