Sharepoint connector 1.9.3 for Confluence 5.7.1 fails to load

Hi Guys,

im just trying to install the Sharepoint connector plugin.

It will not download vie UPM so I downloaded manually and copied the jar to /opt/atlassian/confluence/confluence/WEB-INF/lib and restaret confluence. Sadly it won´t load. 

Any idea whats happenig?

Hi  @Arne Rüdiger,

SharePoint connector is quite different with other Confluence plugins which cannot be installed directly from Confluence UPM.

Depend on version of SharePoint you can follow the installation of SP connector as this guide.

Im summary, the software package of SP connector is a zip file contains 2 parts of the plugin. The jar file for Confluence plugin and the wsp file for SharePoint solution package. To install plugin in Confluence, you have to go to UPM and upload the jar file not copy it into WEB-INF/lib
