Shared page in Confluence

Thomas Pilewicz July 8, 2015

For Confluence we work in two teams with separate spaces and pages and would like to share one page so that it is displayed in both spaces subordinate to another page.
Is there a possibility to share a page such a way?

Thanks a lot in advance!

You can create a child page with the same title and use the Include Page macro to display the contents of the shared page.

If you allow editing, the editor(s) will see the macro with the option of going to the original page and editing it, keeping the page synced in both spaces.

You may want to create a third space to hold these shared documents. It could be less restrictive permissions wise and then your two existing spaces would not have to be opened up to allows others to view those documents ... that is if you even care about the permissions.
