...I guess I explained it wrong:
each department works in different areas. We want to display the Conflurence pages in one area of the Helbdesk without having to move them or remove them from their own areas. Example: We want the pages of sales and some of the service to appear in one space in the helpdesk without using the same areas

As I understand, you need to share a Confluence Page.

Something to take into consideration is that sharing pages with people does grant them the permissions to see the content. We need to first be sure that said person has access to that piece of content within Confluence.
