Set up step error

I get the Setup Step error mentioned in this doc:

https://confluence.atlassian.com/pages/viewpage.action?pageId=390497283

But I am already logged on as Administrator, and Administrator has permissions to the entire Confluence dir.

Please advise,

Hi Don,

If you are running Confluence in Windows, I would recommend you to right click the installer and choose "Run as Administrators".
