Set up SSL on Synchrony cluster (Confluence 6.5+)

Sean McManus November 20, 2017

Since I am running synchrony in its own cluster now.  On it's own dedicated servers, can I not run SSL on the box?

I have SSL on the VIP  (synchrony.myurl.com) . but would like to continue the encryption all the way through the network to the servers (as I do for all apps).

Seems it should be possible now that in 6.5 we have moved the synchrony service to it's own environment.

Hi @Sean McManus ,

based on that article https://confluence.atlassian.com/doc/possible-confluence-and-synchrony-configurations-958779064.html syncrony doesn't accept https connection. You should do that at reverse proxy side (if you have one).
