We're trying to automatically generate Customers in our Service Desk project.
All good with the integration, but the problem is that they don't receive the email to set up their password and we're not sure if we're doing something wrong.
When manually creating a customer from the UI, they do get the email to complete the set-up.
We want to generate the customers using the Service Desk REST API's automatically, not adding them manually.
