Can I link a 10 user Starter License of JIRA with Service Desk to a 500 user license Confluence server for the Knowledge Base? Or do the licenses have to match?
I want to demo the Knowledge Base as a selling feature for upgrading our JIRA to more licenses and adding on Service Desk to replace our current ticketing system.
Hi, the link between JIRA and Confluence shouldn't have anythign to do with user count.
