Sending E-Mails from own verified domain

Dominik Kulbe January 3, 2022

Hello,

we are using Confluence and would like to send emails from our domain, as the ones from Atlassian often load in the spam filter.
Under "Emails" -> "Email Domains" we have verified our domain and it is listed as "ACTIVE". Unfortunately it is not possible to add new emails to send under "Email Addresses".

Atlassian support says that this feature is only available to JIRA. Is there any further information if and when this feature will be available to Confluence as well?

Many greetings
Dominik

Welcome to the Atlassian Community @Dominik Kulbe

The outgoing mail settings aren't currently configurable in Confluence Cloud. There's currently a feature request raised for this - https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/CONFCLOUD-68551 which is currently in Gathering Interest state.

I would suggest you to vote for it and watch it for further updates. Please also refer comments in this similar thread.
