We would like to use the status macro or a dropdown list with predefined values to set a document status. Lets say a document -created from an own template- should be set to a predefined status like "new", "in work", "in approval","approved". During creation, the document will get the status new from the template. This can be done with variables. After that, another team member will pickup the document and add content to it. The status should now be changed to "In work".
Is it possible for the user to select a predefined value from a dropdown list or a predefined status in document edit mode? We need to make sure that only the predefined values are used so we can later filter and sort the documents.
