Searching across a subset of spaces

We have a subset of about 8 spaces that are related, but separated for organization purposes right now. I want to set up a search field like the 'Page Tree Search" macro that is set to only search specified spaces. I've used the "Live Search" and selected my subset of spaces to search, and that worked great, but you can't include it on a page without the keyword. Is there anyway to do that in Confluence Cloud without an add-on? Thanks!

We have an app with an advanced page tree and cool filtering, take a look at Advanced Content Navigator. Maybe it is gonna be useful for you! :)

I couldn't see a way to search multiple spaces with the "Live Search" Marco, however I can embed it on the page w/o a keyword.
