Could someone please inform me how to put a search tool on the Confluence homepage?

Hi @Matheus Alves Ribeiro da Cunha Welcome to the Atlassian Community!

You can edit the homepage and use the livesearch macro by hitting the /livesearch or "+" on top menu -> more and search for live search macro.
