SSO 2.0 no OpenID Connect entry in Authentication method drop down list

Hi Folks,

I would like to use the App "SSO for Atlassian Data Center" which is in my opinion as well suitable for Server Instance.
Previously we used "Confluence Enterprise SSO with Keycloak" which worked like a charm.
But in my understanding this App is consumed by the SSO for Atlassian Data Center. We decided to uninstall this App.

I give the App "SSO for Atlassian Data Center"a try. But in the Configuration dialog in the Authentication method drop down list there is no OpenID Connect entry as suggested by the documentation in https://confluence.atlassian.com/enterprise/openid-connect-for-atlassian-data-center-applications-987142159.html

What is wrong in our instance and how can we fix it?
