Hello,
We have been using Confluence for several months and we are not 100% sure to determine when notification are sent to users.
We experienced cases where 2 notifications were sent and others where no notification was sent. We understood that in some cases Confluence is not systematically sending notification and is expecting accumulation of several messages to send notification.
If we understand correctly as well you need to be 'active contributor' to receive notification, is that right ?
Is there any place where I can find the notification rules detailed explanation to better understand and share with my colleagues
