Restrict the editing of a page, but still be able to add attachments to ConfiForms?

Is it possible to restrict the editing of a page, but still be able to add attachments to a ConfiForms formular?

I want others to be able to fill in a ConfiForms including a Field with the type "File/Attachment". The problem is, that they are still able to edit the page, that is including the ConfiForms macro.

If I resrict the editing of the page for these persons, they get the error: "You cannot create attachments on a page 'Pagename X'. No permissions to add attachments"

I think it is also necessary to mention, that in the space settings, the upload of attachments is not restricted.

Confluence requires a user to have edit permissions on the page to upload a file, but...

You can set the ConfiForms Form Definition macro to bypass this restriction for attachments
