Is there any way to restrict Confluence-admins from pages so only the users that are added to the page can see it?
Yes and no. Your restrictions will hide the page from an admin as though they were any other user. They won't return search results, "don't have permission to see this" messages, and so-on.
But admins always have the ability to see that restricted pages are there in a space and change those restrictions.
