Hi Community,

I'm new here. I have a backup from a previous product domain like abc.altassian.com

which was closed for a few months.

Now we are going to restore/import it to register a new domain. like xyz.altassian.com.

However, when I wanted to import to the new site then it failed without any reason.

May I ask what is the issue and how can the data be retrieved?

The previous one is a paid cloud and the new one I would like to test it with a free tier.

Update: the result failed page and fail info

Hi @Kenny Chan ,

Welcome to the community!

This issue should be looked into in detail in the logs / traces.

I can tell however that I have had similar problems when importing sites.
Best to log a support request with Atlassian and have them investigate the logs. Make sure to give them the ID as provided in your error message.

You can reach them here with this problem, best to pick Migration support Cloud -> cloud.

Hopefully it will work out!

- Tessa
