In Confluence 6 in some cases following action return the error message:
Error while generating placeholder. Is the server available?
Click on a Code Block Macro
Click 'Edit'
Click 'Select Macro'
Search for 'Pre'
Click on the 'Pre' Macro
usually it replaces the Code Block with the Pre Macro and Insert get's clickable.
In some cases the Preview window stay empty and the error message appears
(in Confluence 7 even the Error message does not appear)
Is this a known bug? Any clue what code in the Code Blocker macro can cause this?
