Remove users from Confluence

Hi there,

I'm having a hard time to remove some of our confluence users. In which permission group do you need to be a member in to be able to remove users?

Hello Gutro, this is a bug affecting our Confluence OnDemand users it is already getting the team attention for a fix.

The workaround for the while is to do one of the following:

  • Deactivate users by removing all groups and application access from the user to free up required license.
  • Deactivate a group by removing all users from it and removing it from all permissions.
