Remove Created by / Last Updated note

I would like to remove the Created by / Last Updated note that gets stuck at the top of every page I create.  Also would like to remove the write a comment bar at the bottom.  I can't find how to do this after an hour of searching. 

I am using the blank page template to create new pages.

To hide page metadata read this article:

and to hide comment bar, do the same steps, and paste this css in space stylesheet:

#comments-section {display:none; }

Thank you for the suggestion.   I am using cloud based confluence and the article says it only works on server and data center platforms.  Also i could only find "pdf stylesheet" which i changed but it had no effect.   Maybe that instruction is outdated?

ah, sorry! My answer works for server version only. It seems that you can't do it on cloud according to this issue: (also not possible to hide metadata)

You can just remove "Add comment" permission from your space permission setting.
