Relationship between issue custom fields and confluence

I created a new Issue Custom Select List (single choice) Field in JIRA Service Desk.  I want it to link to confluence the same as the Summary field so knowledge options will be presented to the customer once the select an item in the list.

There's no way to do this - the knowledge base search is based on trying to find similar text.  There aren't any real rules for a drop-down list.
