We installed a standalone Confluence this morning and got the server ID which we typed in and got the license to put on our server. This worked, but then we had to reinstall the server due to issues and when we reinstalled confluence got a completely different Server ID which I am unable to add to get a different license, any solution for this? Our current license doesnt work on this install.
Hello William,
You can try Updating the Server ID in the database. That might help you get around this issue.
Let us know if you have any trouble.
Kind Regards,
Shannon
