Refined for Confluence Cloud - support/guidance for an intranet implementation

Hi Raj, I'm looking to schedule a consultation with a Refined specialist, such as yourself, to advise on our intranet implementation with Confluence + Refined. I've reached out to the support@refined.com line and haven't received a response yet. 

My name is Radha and my org, Rain Technologies, is a crypto platform licenced in Bahrain, operating out of Dubai. We're an org of 570 now - we were 100 this time 18 months ago - so the growth has been phenomenal and we need an intranet to keep our teams engaged and organized. As a large number of us already use Confluence for document management, we decided to couple it with Refined to create and roll out our intranet solution to the org. 

I have questions re the number of Refined licences we'd need, best practice to organize the hierarchy/structure of the intranet; refined's CMS; applying and changing themes; minimum standard for each team site, etc.
