Hello, my colleague is trying to reset his password for confluence but the recovery link never arrives. What should we do when this happens? Can someone help us with this issue?
The email address that is not receiving the recovery link is dillinthai@poundex.com
@Theodora Boudale can you please help me check if he's in the suppression list? Thanks
I wonder if I will get an answer or help on this...
@James Sy Have you tried unsuppressing the email from your side, as described in this article: https://community.atlassian.com/t5/Jira-Software-articles/Unsuppress-invitation-emails-with-one-click/ba-p/2230952, which was linked in the question @Humashankar VJ linked to.
It is posted under Jira Software, but it's something you do in admin.atlassian.com, so I think it can be done for any application.
This community is basically users helping other users; tagging someone from Atlassian who helped on a related question does not necessarily mean that person is available to assist you.
@Barbara Szczesniak Thank you for replying. Unfortunately, it didn't work. My colleague wasn't able to receive an email by resending invite. It's still suppressed. I wonder why Atlassian Team isn't checking my case.
